Although originally from the Midwest, Portland became Tracy's forever home over 25 years ago. After attending law school at Lewis & Clark, Tracy served as a litigator and then as a professional advisor to lawyers, where she cultivated her communication and negotiation skills. She found great joy in facilitating and guiding her clients' transitions, and discovered a similar joy in working with clients in the buying and selling of homes.

Outside of work, Tracy is committed to community service and continues to support law students and lawyers in Portland's legal community through Lewis & Clark Law School. She also donates to local non-profits with every transaction she's involved in.

Tracy takes time each week to walk through the tree-lined neighborhoods of Portland, still discovering hidden gems all over the city. She enjoys cut flowers from her garden, where she spends as much time as possible with her rescue animals and family.
